This post hit the spot! Just a note, it is always important to maintain the core (mixing with fellow peeps from NOC is a norm, it happens so often) but it's also important to spread and influence the rest on your experiences and mindsets, especially your fellow peers in school. One by one, it gets pple excited and do change the culture in Singapore over the long run. You will be amazed how the network effect works! I do feel that it is really on our part, who have the opportunity to go on this program, to accelerate the change in Singapore for the better. Cheers!
